Our curated collection of four exceptional European homes is offered through an elegant and efficient eight-share ownership model. Each home’s share is priced between €150,000 and €218,000 and is intentionally all-inclusive, covering closing costs, partnership legal expenses, a €100,000 reserve for future capital improvements, furnishings and décor enhancements, upgraded appliances, fully stocked linens and housewares, and the creation of private storage areas for each co-owner.
