Our curated collection of exceptional European homes is typically offered through an elegant and efficient eight or four share ownership model, a perfect fit for the Schengen 90-day rule, allowing Americans to stay for a maximum of 90 days within any 180-day period without a long-term visa. Each home’s share is priced between €150,000 and €218,000 and is intentionally all-inclusive, covering closing costs, partnership legal expenses, furnishings and décor enhancements, upgraded appliances, fully stocked linens and housewares, the creation of private storage facilities for each co-owner, and a significant reserve fund for future capital improvements (an asset of the ownership entity, a US LLC).
