Own your own piece of the enchanting French countryside with our three co-ownership options: a cozy country retreat, a lovely village home, and a stunning multi-gîte resort. Which is your dream escape!
Properties being explored for possible co-ownership
The properties currently under consideration are active listings, and due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot share the actual, private listings controlled by the real estate agents facilitating our on-going negotiations. These homes are priced between approximately €750,000 and just over €1,000,000. Assuming a ten share ownership model, each share would be valued at around €100,000 to €150,000 (current exchange rate US $112,000 to $168,000). The final purchase price per share will depend on the specific property. Joie de Vivre Homes is committed to acquiring 'move-in ready' properties and will not purchase homes requiring significant repairs, which would delay our use.

Vers Pont du Gard village home
The Mas du Marechal is in the village of Vers Pont du Gard which is in the heart of the Cotes du Rhone wine region. It is a stone’s throw away from the legendary Pont du Gard, the 2000 year old Roman Aqueduct, which is the 3rd most visited site in France after Paris and Mont St. Michel in Brittany.
